I live 2 hours away to take my Raptor to Big Country Ford in Brownwood due to excellent customer service. Stephanie is my go to for any problems and has been my service advisor for years.

I've never had any problems here. These folks are professional, knowledgeable, fair, and courteous. They take good care of their customers.

We called a day in advance, they ordered parts and had us deliver the vehicle the next morning. Had us ready the same day! Very polite and professional. We will never go anywhere else with Our Fords again!

Friendly, efficient service. Comfortable waiting facilities. Kept informed of service process. Really like being able to set appointment on line. Have used Big Country Ford for several years, for both vehicle purchase and service. Highly recommend.

Happy with the service provided. Work done in time stated. Given accurate estimate as to what overall cost would be for parts and maintenance. Nice that they provided a ride to and from where I needed to go. The employees I interacted with were happy and had a positive attitude.

Big Country, and especially Stephany, is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and timely. And to my knowledge the work has always been done correctly. I will continue to get maintenance on both my Ford F150 and the Navigator at that location.

Always do a good job

I purchased my Explorer Sport Trac in 2008 at Big Country Ford Lincoln and have always taken it back there for repairs. Staff have always been very helpful in fixing my pickup well and at the lowest price possible. I will never take my pickup to any other mechanics.

Took my Ford Edge for brake repairs. Picked up after repairs made and was not right. Notified BCF and they made it right the next day with no hesitation.

My experience with all that I had contect with was great. Very nice and well mannered men. They all made me feel young again. Very good.

Upon contact with the service department, all correspondence from the service personnel was kind and friendly. I requested warranty work be done and disclosed that I couldn't find my warranty statement. I was assured by the service attenant that it could be acquired by the dealership where the car was purchased. After several days, the service department notified me that the warranty had expired 1000 miles prior to the service request. I regretted that service was rendered before notification that my warranty had expired. I was charged a fee that I hadn't planned for.

We never had an issue or problems of any kind to speak of. The 2017 Lincoln we bought here has always been serviced here. You guys keep up the good work.

Recall on the F150. Was scheduled and handled perfectly!

Our Ford Escape's turbo died on a road trip and we had it towed here. They had the repair done in a timely manner, which was great as we were staying in a hotel. Service advisors were honest and friendly. The car's driveability is better than it has been in a while as confirmed by the 148 mile trip to get back home. Thank you very much for taking great care of us while we were stuck in the middle of a road trip. Quality of the work was top-notch. Overall I am impressed with the quality of the service advisors and the work that was done.

I have been buying vehicles from them for years now and the experience is always top notch!

Stephany was very helpful, courteous and was able to get my vehicle right iin. She also kept me in the loop with my vehicle. The tech noticed the battery was leaky battery acid. They replaced the battery without questioning and consult. I was happy to hear that and that the battery was still in warranty.

Positive all the was around. Wade and Gabe both went out of their way to suite my deal. They helped me trade my brand new car in for a very reasonable used vehicle. It’s a long story trading new for used but in this case it fit the bill very well Thanks again

I have a 2014 Ford F-150 that I took in to the service company center. The recall was completed in 30 minutes we have two F-150 that are 3014 models one a has 137,000 miles and the other one has 186,000 miles both have been great . II was driving around the lot and a salesman came out to help me. I explained I was just looking. We talked and he gave me his card. When it's time for a new vehicle I will definitely contact him. . I've bought two other vehicles from Big Country and I've been very pleased with the process of buying and the service dept.

Stephany is very nice and ensured everything went smoothly. I was expecting a long wait but was it in half the time. Enjoyed my experience and it was a lot better than a few years ago.

As usual the service was great. New front rotors and pads. Dropped the truck off Sunday night and had it back by 2 pm Monday. Great folks, great work.

Our family had to travel for the Thanksgiving Holiday and we were still 5 hours from home. Our Ford truck had issues and had to be towed to Big Country Ford Lincoln. It was also on a Saturday and they closed at 12. Jason stayed after hours and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.
