The service was absolutely amazing! I had been dealing with another dealership and was so frustrated and upset. My wife and I were on the way to the Jet Ski Races @ Buffalo Springs. On the way the good Lord Blessed us with a few inches of water at once. The road became a flowing stream of water. The battery light came on and a squealing sound from the belt screeching around the alternator bearings was not good. But my F150 was still running. Pulled over across from Big Country Ford. The good Lord again. Called BCF 8:30am. They got me in and out while it was raining. THANK YOU BIG COUNTRY FORD!!! THANK YOU TO THE MECHANICS!!!!

Went for an oil change and they were Quick and I loved that they did not try to add problems to the vehicle like other places that try and scare you that you need major work done my vehicle is a 2014 with many miles and everything checked out good. Excellent service!

I purchased my Explorer Sport Trac in 2008 at Big Country Ford Lincoln and have always taken it back there for repairs. Staff have always been very helpful in fixing my pickup well and at the lowest price possible. I will never take my pickup to any other mechanics.

Upon contact with the service department, all correspondence from the service personnel was kind and friendly. I requested warranty work be done and disclosed that I couldn't find my warranty statement. I was assured by the service attenant that it could be acquired by the dealership where the car was purchased. After several days, the service department notified me that the warranty had expired 1000 miles prior to the service request. I regretted that service was rendered before notification that my warranty had expired. I was charged a fee that I hadn't planned for.

Our Ford Escape's turbo died on a road trip and we had it towed here. They had the repair done in a timely manner, which was great as we were staying in a hotel. Service advisors were honest and friendly. The car's driveability is better than it has been in a while as confirmed by the 148 mile trip to get back home. Thank you very much for taking great care of us while we were stuck in the middle of a road trip. Quality of the work was top-notch. Overall I am impressed with the quality of the service advisors and the work that was done.

Stephany was very helpful, courteous and was able to get my vehicle right iin. She also kept me in the loop with my vehicle. The tech noticed the battery was leaky battery acid. They replaced the battery without questioning and consult. I was happy to hear that and that the battery was still in warranty.

I have a 2014 Ford F-150 that I took in to the service company center. The recall was completed in 30 minutes we have two F-150 that are 3014 models one a has 137,000 miles and the other one has 186,000 miles both have been great . II was driving around the lot and a salesman came out to help me. I explained I was just looking. We talked and he gave me his card. When it's time for a new vehicle I will definitely contact him. . I've bought two other vehicles from Big Country and I've been very pleased with the process of buying and the service dept.

Our family had to travel for the Thanksgiving Holiday and we were still 5 hours from home. Our Ford truck had issues and had to be towed to Big Country Ford Lincoln. It was also on a Saturday and they closed at 12. Jason stayed after hours and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. My overall experience was good. One of the service representatives was great. It took two days for them to get to my truck after my appointment. That was disappointing but after it was diagnosed the repair was quick and efficient even with having to order parts.

Great people that work there. They have the prettiest nicest accountist you could ever meet and their certified diesel mechanic is the best this side of the Mississippi. All in all big country ford is 5 star all day long!!!!

My wife was leaving town for Austin when a message flashed on her screen indicating a problem. She immediately took the car into the service center at Big Country Ford and they promptly went to work to diagnose the situation. They soon identified a faulty battery as the culprit and replaced it in time for her to be on her way quickly. The battery (previously purchased at BCFord) was still under warranty and the entire event was covered without additional charge. I salute the prompt, professional, and polite response to her emergency. Thank you, BCF!!

Went looking for a truck wasn't able to get approved for the one I wanted but they pulled up with a different truck that was what I was looking for and got me approved for it and got to drive off the lot the same day!!!! Gabe is an amazing sales person. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price, everyone there was truly amazing and made me feel right at home.

Awesome dealership! Took my 2019 F150 with only 193,553 miles in for transmission replacement through Car Shield and the service department took me to Enterprise Rent a car within five minutes. Much to my surprise, Enterprise Rent a car MUST have a credit card instead of a Visa debit card for payment. The dealership quickly took me back to the dealership within five minutes. Had my oil change, tires rotated and belt changed within more than five minutes so not a total loss. Very friendly staff and highly recommend having service work but may take more than five minutes.
