Past experience with Quick Lane in Phoenix Arizona, was the reason I chose Quick Lane at Big Country Ford, for my '09 Super Crew F150. I always get the Works Oil Change (at least that's what it was called in Phoenix) for the semi-synthetic oil change & tire rotation, along with the multipoint inspection. I would mention though, Some Ford models have the transmission dipstick on the pan underneath the vehicle! I always assumed Quick Lane checks that, they don't! Sanderson Ford Quick Lane told me they are not set up to check that, so you would have to go through service, or check it yourself.

We are from out of town but working in the area for the next few months. We had to have recalled issues fixed on our bronco along with tire patching, and our tires rotated. Everything went smooth. Baylee with the service department keep us informed on the progress of our vehicle. She has by far been the best part of our experience.

Big Country Ford is a great place to have work done!! Stephanie and Josh are fantastic!! I have a 2009 F-250 with only 66,000 miles on it and parts are getting real scarce but they seem to come up any and all obscure little parts they need!! Would give 10 stars if I could!! Best Dealership Around and I have to drive 30 miles one way to get work done!!

I am from Bastrop, TX and I broke down Sunday night in Brownwood. I went to Big Country Ford Monday morning and they were able to get me back on the road to home. Had to get a repair done to the fuel system on my F250. Repair was done well and for a lot less than I expected. Also needed another key and was surprised that the cost for that was 1/2 what was quoted by another dealer near a major city. Very pleased with the work and the way the dealership - and Todd in service in particular - handled the entire transaction.

The Ford dealership and my husband had some miscommunication going on over my granddaughter's Ford Focus, where we thought we were paying $750 and the ticket was around $7600. I just wanted to let the world know there are reputable and ethical companies still around. The GM at Big Country Ford not only reached out to us, he also came up with a fair resolution. Couldn't have been nicer, more professional or more compassionate towards us. They went above and beyond the normal expectations to keep our business. Very impressed! My wife and I were on the way to the Jet Ski Races @ Buffalo Springs. On the way the good Lord Blessed us with a few inches of water at once. The road became a flowing stream of water. The battery light came on and a squealing sound from the belt screeching around the alternator bearings was not good. But my F150 was still running. Pulled over across from Big Country Ford. The good Lord again. Called BCF 8:30am. They got me in and out while it was raining. THANK YOU BIG COUNTRY FORD!!! THANK YOU TO THE MECHANICS!!!!

Upon contact with the service department, all correspondence from the service personnel was kind and friendly. I requested warranty work be done and disclosed that I couldn't find my warranty statement. I was assured by the service attenant that it could be acquired by the dealership where the car was purchased. After several days, the service department notified me that the warranty had expired 1000 miles prior to the service request. I regretted that service was rendered before notification that my warranty had expired. I was charged a fee that I hadn't planned for.

Our Ford Escape's turbo died on a road trip and we had it towed here. They had the repair done in a timely manner, which was great as we were staying in a hotel. Service advisors were honest and friendly. The car's driveability is better than it has been in a while as confirmed by the 148 mile trip to get back home. Thank you very much for taking great care of us while we were stuck in the middle of a road trip. Quality of the work was top-notch. Overall I am impressed with the quality of the service advisors and the work that was done.
