My overall experience was good. One of the service representatives was great. It took two days for them to get to my truck after my appointment. That was disappointing but after it was diagnosed the repair was quick and efficient even with having to order parts.

Great people that work there. They have the prettiest nicest accountist you could ever meet and their certified diesel mechanic is the best this side of the Mississippi. All in all big country ford is 5 star all day long!!!!

Fast, efficient, friendly service

My wife was leaving town for Austin when a message flashed on her screen indicating a problem. She immediately took the car into the service center at Big Country Ford and they promptly went to work to diagnose the situation. They soon identified a faulty battery as the culprit and replaced it in time for her to be on her way quickly. The battery (previously purchased at BCFord) was still under warranty and the entire event was covered without additional charge. I salute the prompt, professional, and polite response to her emergency. Thank you, BCF!!

Went looking for a truck wasn't able to get approved for the one I wanted but they pulled up with a different truck that was what I was looking for and got me approved for it and got to drive off the lot the same day!!!! Gabe is an amazing sales person. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price, everyone there was truly amazing and made me feel right at home.

Awesome dealership! Took my 2019 F150 with only 193,553 miles in for transmission replacement through Car Shield and the service department took me to Enterprise Rent a car within five minutes. Much to my surprise, Enterprise Rent a car MUST have a credit card instead of a Visa debit card for payment. The dealership quickly took me back to the dealership within five minutes. Had my oil change, tires rotated and belt changed within more than five minutes so not a total loss. Very friendly staff and highly recommend having service work but may take more than five minutes.

Past experience with Quick Lane in Phoenix Arizona, was the reason I chose Quick Lane at Big Country Ford, for my '09 Super Crew F150. I always get the Works Oil Change (at least that's what it was called in Phoenix) for the semi-synthetic oil change & tire rotation, along with the multipoint inspection. I would mention though, Some Ford models have the transmission dipstick on the pan underneath the vehicle! I always assumed Quick Lane checks that, they don't! Sanderson Ford Quick Lane told me they are not set up to check that, so you would have to go through service, or check it yourself.

Excellent Parts Department. Prices are less than other Ford dealers and parts are well stocked so they most likely will have what you need.

Received great service, I brought them our truck at 8:00am and the service department had it out at 10:45. Will definitely use them again. Friendly staff as well and very knowledgeable.

We are from out of town but working in the area for the next few months. We had to have recalled issues fixed on our bronco along with tire patching, and our tires rotated. Everything went smooth. Baylee with the service department keep us informed on the progress of our vehicle. She has by far been the best part of our experience.

The team at Big Country Ford Lincoln were excellent and very nice. Gabe made sure to keep me updated with all new information that he got about our order.

The general manager went above and beyond to help. Our car salesman went to bat for us and made sure we got into a car we liked.

Quick service, service writer was friendly and courteous. They even washed our vehicle.

Had to get a repair done to the fuel system on my F250. Repair was done well and for a lot less than I expected. Also needed another key and was surprised that the cost for that was 1/2 what was quoted by another dealer near a major city. Very pleased with the work and the way the dealership - and Todd in service in particular - handled the entire transaction.

The Ford dealership and my husband had some miscommunication going on over my granddaughter's Ford Focus, where we thought we were paying $750 and the ticket was around $7600. I just wanted to let the world know there are reputable and ethical companies still around. The GM at Big Country Ford not only reached out to us, he also came up with a fair resolution. Couldn't have been nicer, more professional or more compassionate towards us. They went above and beyond the normal expectations to keep our business. Very impressed!
